Room Rates:
Rates are based on double occupancy, plus taxes. Call for current rates. Two rooms (one full and one queen) each have private baths and two rooms (both queens) share a bath. There is a two-night minimum stay on weekends and a three-night minimum on holiday weekends. A deposit of one night's stay is required. We take cash, good check, Visa and Mastercard. Children are not easily accommodated. We are a no smoking establishment and we cannot accommodate pets. Check-in time is by appointment between the hours of 4pm-7pm. Check-out time is 11am.
Cancellation Policy:
A one week (7 day) notice is required. Less than seven days notice will result in the loss of deposit.
Credit card deposit required at time of reservation. If you must cancel late, we will try to re-book your room. If we are successful in re-booking it, we can apply your deposit to another date.
If cancellation is received seven days prior, the deposit will be returned minus $25 service fee. Cancellations within ten days will forfeit the deposit unless the room is re-booked (minus $25 service fee).
No shows will be charged the entire reservation amount.
